Medical translations

Subtitle

Introduction

I have been working as a freelance translator for several years now. I work for many clients, whether they are translation agencies, direct clients or individuals. You'll find here their testimonials about my services.

Thanks to my university education, I developed an expertise in the fields of literature, medicine, pharmacology, sciences, and health.

I also furthered my practice of the English language when I chose to live in England for a year; I developed my vocabulary, and enhanced my perception – both cultural and linguistic – of this language.

I did my end-of-study training in the university-hospital Department of Psychiatry at the Centre hospitalier Le Vinatier. This work placement gave me the opportunity to put my theoretical skills into practice, and to confront them to the precision required when professionally working in the scientific field.

I have a Master 2 degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Translation, and my experience as an in-house translator/proofreader in a translation agency enabled me to focus my professional skills on a perspective of quality and respect of the objectives, in accordance with the industry requirements.

I’m well-organised and meticulous, and I can work quickly and efficiently, both alone and in a team. I endeavoured to develop communication and reactivity qualities, which to me are essential to the success of a translation project.

You'll find my résumé below. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any additional information.
